The walkway canopy structure comprises two PVC barrel vault canopies; there is a large lower level canopy and a smaller one at a higher level. The lower canopy provides a covered walkway to the school entrance from the drop off point and the higher level canopy provides partial cover to an outside roof terrace.

Tony Hogg Design developed, engineered and detailed the membranes and their supporting structure. Design considerations included resolving complicated connections in order to attach the bracing to the top of the arches without penetrating the membrane, reducing the amount of steelwork visible from the underside of the canopy.
