This PTFE coated fabric barrel vault structure forms the roof over the Gilgamesh restaurant at Camden Stables Market in London. The central part of the structure was designed to have a retracting section which rolls back for summer use. Tony Hogg Design initially carried out a scheme design to enable cost certainty. Our team then developed the design to completion providing full detailing for all aspects of the membrane structure and enabling SCX, who were providing the motive and control equipment, to install their equipment for the retracting mechanism.
