This double conic PVC fabric canopy provides shelter over a bicycle storage area at the Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics at Cambridge University. This is a simple, effective structure comprising two central masts and a number of perimeter tripods.  Rainwater drainage is via the hollow sections of the perimeter tripods. The galvanised steelwork has been left to weather naturally. Tony Hogg Design took the architect's proposal and carried out a full scope of work for this structure from the design and engineering through to the fabrication detailing and drawings.
